Q. Is it true that rest will increase FL and HL of a fetus?

• It is a false notion that rest increases these parameters.

• It is like saying that if the mother rests then the baby will fatten up. That is not true. It does not work out like that.

• I would suggest that do not worry so much for this. I am very sure that your baby is absolutely fine and will be absolutely healthy and beautiful.

• The discrepancy you mentioned is a mechanical error. Two to three weeks difference is expected in some parameters and it is fine.
