What could be the reason for failed pregnancy in a woman with ovarian cyst and PCOS?

I am a 29-year-old female trying to conceive for the past two years. I had a miscarriage seven years back. I have a chocolate cyst in my left ovary and PCOS. I used Ovaa Shield for the past three months. But no results. What should I do?
