What could be the reason for failed pregnancy in a woman with ovarian cyst and PCOS?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 29-year-old female trying to conceive for the past two years. I had a miscarriage seven years back. I have a chocolate cyst in my left ovary and PCOS. I used Ovaa Shield for the past three months. But no results. What should I do?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. Kindly share details of the hormonal profile, and AMH depending upon the reports I can guide you further on whether to plan naturally or go for fertility treatment. Since you have tried for two years mostly you will need treatment. Also, share the report of HSG. To conceive naturally you should have good-quality eggs and sperm and good fallopian tubes and a good uterus.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
