Patient's Query

Hello doctor

I am a 22-year-old male, with a height is 6 feet and 2 inches and a weight of 211 pounds. I had been masturbating and watching pornography for about five years. Four months ago, when I had sex with my girlfriend, I discovered that I have premature ejaculation. Is it due to masturbation and pornography causing premature ejaculation? I have stopped watching pornography and masturbating for four months now but I have wet dreams. Is it normal? I am not on any medication, but is there a way to cure PE naturally or what medication should I take?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Wet dreams are normal physical reactions of a man’s body to get rid of old sperm. It is a sign that you are recovering from your masturbation disease very well. In case there are dried sperm on your clothes or sheets bother you, wear underpants made of a thick fabric at night.

Thank you.
