Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Do not worry. Treatment is possible. Do not worry if one treatment fails. There are several other options available. You need to consult a specialist, i.e., a psychiatrist, in person for evaluation, and treatment can then be given accordingly.
Besides following steps can help you: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle does help, so do continue with it. Just be regular with exercise.
Stress management is also important as anxiety and stress are one of the common reasons for sexual dysfunctions. Giving at least one hour daily for your hobbies is the easiest way to manage stress. Practice kegel exercises like hold your urine stream for 2 to 3 seconds 2 to 3 times every time you go for urination. This will help strengthen the tissues and thus increase timing.
The start-stop technique also helps.
