Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been masturbating for the past 10 years. I am 24 years old and recently got married. Now I am suffering from premature ejaculation, and the refractory load time is very long. I am not able to satisfy myself, so I have used 50mg of suhagra, but there has been no result. Please suggest some good medicine to overcome it, sir.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

There are many reasons for premature ejaculation.

  1. Stressful work: night duties, twenty-four-hour jobs

  2. Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues have an effect on premature ejaculation, so keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help you

  3. On long-term medication related to hypertension and antipsychotic medications

  4. Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation

  5. Excess porn

  6. Receiving less foreplay from a partner or a lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation

  7. Having an affair gives you a guilty feeling.

  8. Lack of exercise, obesity

You need to check FBS (fasting blood sugar) and PPBS (postprandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes, check your BP (blood pressure), and check your free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) to rule out thyroid issues. You can also use the tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30mg as a temporary solution.

Natural methods include:

  1. To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be relaxed. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy.

  2. You can also try putting on some relaxing music.

  3. Delaying condoms can also help.

Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race, and the duration does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or climax. You can reduce the refractory time by exercising and improving stamina.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
