Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I suffered from premature ejaculation for seven to eight years and had a habit of masturbation. At present, holding, pressing, or striking the penis five to six times or sleeping in the opposite direction also makes me ejaculate. I also noticed a shrinkage in the penis, and the urine flow decreased with increased frequency and urge to urinate always. I do not have a morning erection anymore, and I am also suffering from ankylosing spondylitis for the last five years. Now I am also taking an injection of Adalimumab once every three months. Kindly suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

The duality of premature ejaculation and erectile abnormalities with frequent urination can indicate two conditions such as, sexual arousal cascade and enlarged prostate.

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions:

  1. Take a tablet of Paroxetine (paroxetine hydrochloride hemihydrate) 60 mg once daily. Start by taking 20 mg in the first week, 40 mg in the second week, and 60 mg in the third week.

  2. Get a sonography test of the prostate.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
