Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 24-year-old male with a height of 5 feet 11 inches and a weight of 154.32 pounds. I have masturbated daily since I was a teenager. I lie on my stomach in the bed and move both my legs sideways to create friction between my penis and the bed. I have never masturbated with my hands and would like to know if it is bad?. Also, is masturbating daily healthy? Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help. The type of masturbation you do is prone masturbation, which is not good. You can have sex-related issues in the future, like erectile dysfunction. I suggest you change to hand penis masturbation. Initially, it may not be easy, but you can try it by yourself three times a week or get help from your partner. You have to stop prone masturbation for a month and try hand penis masturbation. It may take about two to three months for complete recovery. I hope this helps. Thank you.
