Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 19-year-old boy, and due to lack of knowledge, I was doing prone masturbation from my early teenage until last year. I also suffered from jaundice. I rarely have a burning sensation while passing urine. I have a weak penis, and some of my urine leaks after ejaculation. But recently, I got even more concerned when I saw yellow stains of my cum after masturbation. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. What you do is called prone masturbation, and that is not good. You can have a sex-related issue in the future, like erectile dysfunction. You need to change over to hand penis masturbation. It will be difficult for a few months, but there is no other option than to change over. You can do it yourself three times a week, or you can get help from your partner to help you with penis masturbation. You can stop masturbation for one month and then try hand penis masturbation. It will take two to three months for complete recovery. Jaundice can make the semen look yellow. Once your liver gets healed, you will have normal semen. Regarding burning sensation, during ejaculation, it can be due to an infection. I would suggest the following:

1) Syrup Citralka (Disodium hydrogen citrate) 5 ml in 100 ml water three times a day after food.

2) Tablet Uribid (Nitrofurantoin) 100 mg twice a day after food for five days.

3) Tablet Zerodol P (Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg) twice a day after food for three days.

4) Tablet Pan 40 (Pantoprazole) twice a day before food for three days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
