Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I recently had a severe flu-like illness about a week ago, which included a persistent sensation of mucus in my throat. I took some over-the-counter medication and felt better. However, a few days ago, I experienced a lot of stress, and for the past two days, I have been feeling weak, losing my appetite, and experiencing muscle fatigue. I have also noticed insomnia-like symptoms, occasional coughing especially at night, and feeling slightly feverish. I also took Bunnlyn syrup, but now I have a headache. Could my symptoms be related to COVID-19 or HIV?

Thank you.
