Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I want to be more sexually attractive with a masculine bone structure. I also want to have larger genitalia and a lot of facial hair. Is there a treatment that can help me achieve these? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Unfortunately, hormone replacement therapy will not have much of an impact in terms of bone structure at your age since, at this time, the bones have already achieved maturity. It will also not affect the size of your genitalia since you have reached the mature size at this point. I suggest you consider hair growth treatments such as Minoxidil for enhancing facial hair growth. However, please consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them and start taking the medications with their consent. For your feature to be more masculine, I suggest doing fillers to improve your jaw to make it more masculine. As for your genitalia, fillers may also help to increase its girth. For the size, the surgical approach needs to be considered.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
