Whenever I think of sex,my penis starts secreting a transparent fluid. Is this a normal condition or some disease?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

  • I am a 20 year old male.
  • Whenever I think of sex, my penis starts secreting a transparent fluid which keeps on coming out from my penis until I masturbate.
  • Also if I do not masturbate after the excitation, my penis starts paining.
  • Is this a normal condition or some disease?
  • After 1-2 hours of masturbating, there is a mild pain in my penis which persists for few minutes.
  • Also tell me how to increase the sperm count.

Please help me with this.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

What you are experiencing is a normal process. Whenever men are excited, the secretions start discharging from penis. The fluid which discharges initially is the pre-ejaculatory fluid (pre-cum).

When you masturbate, the seminal fluid is discharged. Slight pain after excitation and masturbation is also normal. It subsides in a day or two. This is mostly due to muscle fatigue. Sperm count can be increased by drugs like Fertisure-M taken once a day for at least 3-6 months.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

  • Is there any other way to increase sperm count naturally without taking any drugs?
  • Does masturbation once in a week cause any negative impact on my sperm count and my sex life?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • Masturbation does not affect sexual life and sperm count.
  • It is a healthy process.
  • It helps to vent out sexual frustration and relaxes both mind and body.
  • Masturbating once in a week is absolutely healthy.
  • It is difficult to increase sperm count naturally.
  • There are no special food items to improve sperm count.
  • Just eat fresh and healthy food.
  • Increase the intake of green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
  • Avoid wearing tight underclothes.
  • Practice yoga and meditation.
  • Take antioxidant vitamin supplements like vitamin A, C and E.

Take care.
