Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 31-year-old female. Sleep has been a real struggle lately, and I have turned into a sneeze machine. Tried cleaning like crazy, but no luck. Thinking it might be some allergy messing with me. Dust mites crossed my mind; could they be the culprits? Wondering if there are signs I should watch out for. Sneezing is driving me nuts! Should I look into allergy testing? Also, do you have any tips for making my sleep spot more allergy-friendly? It is affecting my day a lot, and I just want to catch some quality. Kindly guide me in tackling this sneezy, sleepy situation.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Yes, actually, your symptoms look like you might have allergic rhinitis, and it can be caused by dust and all, so do not worry; it can be treated easily with medications. Whenever you clean your bedroom, just cover your mouth.

Take a tablet of Levocetirizine (Levocetirizine dihydrochloride) 5 mg once a day before sleeping. Take it whenever you develop sneezing. I hope this helps, and If anything else needed, kindly let me know.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
