Hi doctor,

I had a heart problem. My heart was racing faster than usual. I went to the hospital, and it was because of psychological pressure. I am tired. I do not want to live. I have so many family and friends problems. I cry every day. I need help. Please talk to me, and ask me questions. I am hurt, and I cannot take it anymore.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I thoroughly read your query and understand your concern.

Kindly screen yourself for clinical depression. Do a self-rating test of depression like Zung's self-rating depression scale, which you can easily find online, and if it is indicative of depression, consult a psychiatrist, either on this platform or nearby. You are having a tough time, but this phase will pass. You will be fine. I suggest certain simple steps that can be of help:

1. Meditation daily for at least half an hour in the morning helps.

2. Share your feelings with family or close friends, as sharing helps. If that is not feasible, maintain a stress diary, log down your thoughts daily uncensored, and never read them again.

3. You can also join a self-help group online or offline.

Remember every problem has a solution. You just need to try solving it, and help is just a step away. You can also engage in talk therapy with a clinical psychologist.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
