My whole body is getting very tanned. What cream can I use?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My whole body gets very tanned these days. So, tell me any cream or lotion to clear it.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

Apply some sunblock whenever you go out. You can use Mineral UV 100 sunblock. Tanning is of two types.

  1. Immediate tanning comes within minutes of sun exposure and goes away within hours.
  2. Delayed tanning comes after repeated sun exposures and stays for a longer period of time (for days).

You can use depigmenting creams to clear it. One such cream is Depiwhite Advanced depigmenting cream. You can apply it twice daily over the affected areas. It will take two months to clear the tanning, provided you do not go out in the sun without sunblock.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always reach me at icliniq.com.
