Immediate tanning comes within minutes of sun exposure and goes away within hours.
Delayed tanning comes after repeated sun exposures and stays for a longer period of time (for days).
You can use depigmenting creams to clear it. One such cream is Depiwhite Advanced depigmenting cream. You can apply it twice daily over the affected areas. It will take two months to clear the tanning, provided you do not go out in the sun without sunblock.
