Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have swollen tonsils with pain, sweating, and tenderness in the neck for the past two days. I had a streptococcal infection and tonsillar abscess in the past.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have an acute follicular tonsillitis. Use Unasyn (Ampicillin and Sulbactam) 0.04 ounces injection every 12 hours for three days, Brufen 400 mg one tablet every 12 hours for 10 days. Unasyn 0.04 ounces tablets every 12 hours for seven days after the three days of injection. Drink warm fluids and avoid cold and spicy foods.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
