Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am suffering from acne and small pimples all over my face. I am a 21-year-old female. Please can you advise me on some medicine, cream, or anything to eat to remove these small pimples? They sometimes itch as well. It has been three weeks but these small pimples are not going. In a year these pimples come two to three times and take months to go. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Please send me a picture of the affected area of the face. It will help to advise you properly. Meanwhile, medicines alone will not work permanently.

1. Wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till you get good sweating.

2. Consume plenty of water daily.

3. Eat salads and fruits more.

4. Use an herbal face wash regularly.

5. Apply glamour cream (Aloe Vera, Chamomilla, vitamins B3, and E) twice a day.

6. Take capsule Doxt SL twice on the first day and then once daily from the second day onwards for 14 days.

7. Tablet Purim (neem and turmeric), two tablets three times daily for six weeks.

However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and take care.
