Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Past few months I have been experiencing symptoms of a UTI. There is no burning sensation when urinating but I have been needing to use the toilet more frequently, including at night which I have never done before. I feel tired sometimes too, but I have not been sleeping properly due to stress and anxiety. More recently my stool has been a lot softer. It is not watery as such but has the consistency of mashed banana almost, and is a brown shade. I have also been experiencing some lower back pain. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. Regarding your recent history of softer stool and abdominal cramps or pain, I can suggest you take Electrolytes and Lactobacillus to rearrange your intestinal function. For the urinary symptoms, high frequency, and weakness, I suggest you do a complete blood count, biochemical tests including fast glucose, and also a urine complete count to see if there is any infection. I hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
