Hi doctor,
I am a 20-year-old female and I am suffering from continuous clear watery discharge along with pain and itching in the vaginal area. I am facing this issue for the last three months. There is no swelling or any other discharge or any smell. I am not sure what the problem is.

It may be due to yeast infection mixed with bacterial vaginosis.
Kindly do the following tests,
1) PAP (Papanicolaou) smear for vaginal discharge and cervicitis.
2) Urine routine and culture test.
3) Hb (hemoglobin) level.
4) Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.
You need antibiotics, analgesics, and antihistamines along with douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary or ointment for five days.
The utmost important thing is the treatment of your partner.
