Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am feeling lightheaded, probably due to high cholesterol. I am avoiding statins as I am trying to get pregnant. My last month's laboratory test report shows total cholesterol as 6.91 mmol/L.

Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

High cholesterol will not cause lightheadedness. You probably have vertigo. I suggest you use tablet Vertin 4 mg (Betahistine). Consult a specialist doctor, talk to him or her, and take the medicine with their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
