Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a viral infection. I have a fever and cold. What can I do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Usually, 95 % of respiratory infections are viral. At this point, you can take medicines for cold for five to seven days. They should include an anti-inflammatory drug (such as Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen), an antihistamine (such as Diphenhydramine) and decongestant (such as Pseudoephedrine). If you have a fever for more than five days, then you should do a checkup. Take a good rest and eat well. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
