Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 31-year-old female. Yesterday, I have vomited four times and had twice loose motions. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

According to history, it could be the acute gastroenteritis-like infective condition. Are you having any history of outside food intake? For your condition, Ofloxacin plus Ornidazole combination drug should be prescribed for five days. Rabeprazole plus Domperidone combination drug is also prescribed to prevent acidity and treat vomiting. Cooked oatmeal will also help in soothing the stomach. Take small meals with frequent intervals. Include yogurt daily in your feed. Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, fried non-vegetarian food, smoking, stress, and excess tea. Take small meals with frequent intervals. Maintain hydration with lots of water. If no improvement noted, then further workup will be planned. Consult a physician for examination and get the above prescription for your treatment.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
