Hello doctor,
I am a 31-year-old man experiencing weakness, joint pain, skin rashes, recurrent fever, hair loss, mouth sores, and sensitivity to sunlight for the past three months. I am concerned about my health as I am not familiar with these symptoms and would like to know if it is something serious. Is there any effective treatment available for this condition? Do I have any genetic disease? Please help.

I can understand your concern. Actually, these symptoms can be due to infection or inflammation. Sometimes allergies can cause such symptoms but in your case, these are due to infection most probably. There is nothing serious. You will be fine in two to three days. I would suggest you take, the tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once before breakfast, and the tablet Paracetamol 500 mg once after a meal whenever experiencing headache or body ache (do not take more than three tablets a day). Take these medications for three days. Please send me pictures of the rashes. I will check and let you know. Additionally, I would like to know if you have a cough or fever. And what is your body weight?
