Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have weight gain and obesity. I exercise for more than three hours a week, yet I still cannot lose weight. I have gained weight due to medication. Current medication details include Aripiprazole 15 mg, Olanzapine 2.5 mg, Venlafaxine 225 mg, Omeprazole 40 mg, and Codeine 30 mg. In the past, I was prescribed Rybelsus for the same complaint. Please help me.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you again for your time; I greatly appreciate it.

I am experiencing depression and anxiety. I do not have diabetes. There is a cyst on my left ovary.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Are you taking any medicine for cysts?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

My periods are fairly heavy and quite regular, although sometimes they come early and at other times, they come late.

Hi,

Once more, thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

We value the high level of confidence you have in us!

I understand your concern.

Do not worry. Here are my suggestions:

  1. Exercise alone will not bring permanent results. You should also focus on reducing calorie intake and burning calories.
  2. Incorporate yoga and pranayama into your routine.
  3. Meditate regularly.
  4. Make walking a regular habit.
  5. Keep yourself busy with activities.
  6. Avoid consuming oily, spicy foods, non-vegetarian dishes, and rice.
  7. Opt for a high-fiber diet, including salads and fruits.
  8. Include flaxseeds in your regular diet.
  9. You can also consider taking Ayurslim capsules (2 capsules twice a day) for three to six months.

All of these steps will significantly help you. They will not only aid in reducing weight but also in managing anxiety and depression. Please provide a follow-up after three weeks.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Can you prescribe Rybelsus, please?

Answered by Dr. Rajesh Jain

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

No, Rybelsus will not help you. It can cause hypoglycemia.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
