Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I want to have sex but I feel stressed just thinking about it. I am also getting pimples on my vagina after periods. My husband releases too early so he is also not able to perform well. What should we do?

Answered by Dr. Rajesh Jain

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Pimples on your vagina seem to be due to some infection.

1. Clean your vagina with vaginal wash regularly and always use some lubrication like vaseline during intercourse.

2. Put Clingen vaginal tablets (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) inside your vagina once daily for three days.

3. Take the capsule Itraconazole 200 mg once daily and capsule Doxt-SL (Doxycycline and Lactobacillus) twice a day on the first day and then once daily from the second day onwards for seven days.

However, please consult a physician, discuss with them, and start taking the medications with their consent.

For your husband,

1. Ask him to do perineal and pelvic exercises regularly.

2. Do yoga and pranayam regularly.

3. Eat dry fruits regularly.

4. He can take two capsules of Semento (ayurvedic) twice a day for 12 weeks.

Hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
