Hello doctor,

My daughter is 4 years and 3 months old. Nowadays, we are seeing that she is wetting her bed. We checked urine RE. Everything shows normal. But we find that a tiny white worm is dancing in her stool and urine although after a regular checkup she has taken syrup Zentel (2 teaspoons). Please advice what should she take at this moment? Otherwise, all activities are normal.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concerns.

These worms are due to worm infestation in the intestine and as a result, when they come from the anal region, they probably crawl to the vaginal area, and that is why you are seeing worms in the urine too. You need to give Bandy plus syrup (Albendazole and Ivermectin) two teaspoons once at night before sleep today and repeat it after one week to treat the worm infestation.

Kindly do stool routine microscopy and culture test also. For bedwetting, she is still small, you have to wait for some time.

Thank you doctor for the reply,

Suddenly we noticed some white ring-ring structure on our daughter's hands. She has been dewormed by Bandy Plus syrup. Please provide your valuable suggestions regarding some ointment etc, if needed.

Regards.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

This is fungal infection of skin. Apply Zole-F (Fluocinolone acetonide and Miconazole) cream local application two times a day for five days. I hope this will help you.

Take care.
