How to cure the hive-like itchy skin rashes?

I am a 28-year-old-female. I had experienced folliculitis due to waxing, and you suggested a treatment (a year ago). Currently, I am experiencing skin rashes (like hives) all over the body. It has been there for two days now. It comes and goes in different parts of the body. The first day was very severe, and I could not stop itching. It typically becomes red (feels hot in that place), then it becomes itchy and develops into hives. It had spread all over the body (ears, neck, shoulder, back, lower torso, inner thighs, arms). I have been taking cold water showers and icing that area frequently. I have also taken an over-the-counter medicine tablet, Claritin 10 mg (Loratadine). I am not sure if it is an allergic reaction to food, insects, dust, mites, or clothing allergies. Kindly help.

What could be the cause for non-itchy red bumps on the body?

I have had these red bumps on my stomach for six days. A little up my chest, neck, and arm. They are not itchy too much. I have been using Cortisone and it has not gotten any better. Now it sort of looks like my boyfriend might be starting to get them on his back. Not 100 percent sure. I am currently on Lexapro.

What could cause white bump on penis with no symptoms?

I had a white bump on my penis for the past three months. It did not cause any pain when I touched it, and when I tried to remove it in the shower, it did not budge. It is single and there was nothing else resembling it that showed up on my penis. It showed up maybe a day or two after sexual contact with my girlfriend. I am not sure if it is an STD. Today, during the shower I realized it was not there anymore. It either fell off or shrank, I have not been paying much attention to it the last couple days so I am not really sure. I am attaching a picture of what it looked like when I had it, and what it looks like now. It does not look like any STDs I have seen online, so I am at a loss as to what it could have been. Any help would be appreciated.

My mom has Parkinson's disease and suffering from wounds and itchy skin. Please help.
Hello doctor,
My mother is Parkinson's patient with gait problems and cannot walk. She is having skin itching with wound on both sides of inner thighs and chest area below the neck for the last one month. We give her Atarax tablet and use T bact on the wound and Ritch lotion on the surrounding skin. The wound heals but comes back during sporadic bouts of uncontrollable itching. There are also boil like eruptions around the wound. I will upload photos and prescriptions.

Small whiteheads on my upper lip and foreskin of the penis. Are they Fordyce spots?

I have some small whiteheads on my upper lip and on the foreskin of my penis. They are visible only when I pull down the foreskin and they are located only on my foreskin. They do not cause itching. It seems like Fordyce spots. Please suggest.
