Hi doctor,
I have severe acne, and it spread all over my face recently. I have used Skineal, Nixoderm, and Vitamin C serum, and currently, I am using Olaybact. I do not know what to use anymore, so could you please suggest what to do?

Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets, and creams. However, some people have more oiliness on their faces, resulting in breakouts. Once the treatment for the active breakouts is over, I would suggest stopping the tablets and continuing the creams to prevent a recurrence. I suggest having diet and lifestyle modifications. I suggest not to do any self-treatment such as over-the-counter steroid creams and not to burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated.
