Hello doctor,
I have pain after going to the toilet. For the past few days, I have been experiencing burning pain after finishing, when I try to wash. It feels like the tip of the anus is inflamed and I cannot even touch. I Feel like the edge of the anus is torn. I notice that there is no blood in the stool. I have been applying Lycor cream. Please help as I am even hesitating to go to the toilet because of this.

From what you mentioned, it seems you have an anal fissure, which is a linear injury to the anal opening. Although it is very painful, you do not have to worry. It is a very common condition that resolves over time in most cases.
For the pain, GTN ointment local after each time you go to the toilet. Be aware of the headache, Panadol (Paracetamol) will improve it.
For constipation, Movicol (Macrogol) three times a day plus Senna (laxative) tablet before bedtime.
Also sitting in a warm bath for 15 minutes helps.
If you felt a mass coming out from the anus, a surgical clinic visit will be required.
