Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 29 years old. I am experiencing a slight itching sensation near the anus area and having slight pain during a bowel movement. The pain disappears after a bowel movement. A few years ago, I got a similar kind of thing, and the doctor told me I had a fissure. Presently, I have been using medicines Rabemac-DSR Hyocimax-S for acidity problems for the last two months. Please suggest any medicine for my problem and also let me know why this problem is recurring and if I should bring change in my lifestyle. I do not eat any junk foods or spicy foods that much, but I do not know why this problem is coming. Please help.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
If it is a fissure, you can go for a local application of cream Anovate (Phenylephrine, Beclometasone, and Lidocaine) gel (apply it inside the anus at night before you sleep and morning 20 minutes after you pass stools). For pain, take the tablet Chymoral forte (Chymotrypsin) in the morning and night before food. Change your lifestyle and do regular exercise for good bowel movement. Food changes are needed. Take Green leafy vegetables with high-fiber fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps.
Please revert in case of further queries.
Thank you.
