Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 23-year-old female, measuring height 62 inches and weight 115.74 pounds Lately, I have been dealing with symptoms including dizziness, lethargy, difficulty in breathing, rapid breathing during mild activities like changing bed sheets, easy fatigability, and occasional mild chest pain. I recently had a complete blood count (CBC) done, which showed normal results except for a slightly elevated RDW (Red Cell Distribution Width) and anisopoikilocytosis observed in the peripheral film. My blood pressure is 90/58 mmHg, and I am not currently taking any medications. I would appreciate any insights or recommendations regarding my symptoms and abnormal test results.

Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

Low blood pressure and vitamin deficiencies can indeed contribute to the symptoms you are experiencing. Increasing your fluid intake, such as drinking juices, water, and lemon water, can help raise your blood pressure and improve your overall well-being.

In addition, I recommend incorporating regular exercise into your routine if you are not already doing so. Exercise has numerous benefits, including improving circulation and cardiovascular health, which can help regulate blood pressure.

Regarding the vitamin deficiencies you mentioned, taking a calcium and vitamin D3 supplement before bedtime can be beneficial.

I hope this answer helped you,

Thank you.
