Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

It has been a month since my first anxiety attack. After that, I went through a deep depression, where absolutely everything seemed very boring and so not interesting that I would really scream inside my head from all the pressure these thoughts were causing me. I want to get out of these negative thoughts.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your first query consult is on us!

You seem to be suffering from depressive features. The ambivalence that you have and the negative cognition all point toward an underlying depressive pathology. I advise you to focus on your career at present. Start investing time in a new hobby. Give importance to physical fitness. You will slowly come out of this problem. I suggest you to take tablet Zosert (antidepressant) 50 mg twice daily along with tablet Clonotril (benzodiazepines) 0.5 mg at night for a period of two weeks.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
