Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My mother had pain in her left arm for the past few months. However, for the past few days, she is having pain in her left shoulder region also. She occasionally suffers from chest pain during bedtime. She does not have diabetes or hypertension, but she stays very stressed. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern. It seems your mother is suffering from a musculoskeletal problem rather than a cardiac one. But still, it is important to rule out any cardiac issues. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below. Do an electrocardiogram (ECG) for her. Give her painkillers for a few days to control the pain. Physiotherapy is a must for her shoulder and arm pain. Get a few tests done like vitamin D3, thyroid profile, serum uric acid, and calcium levels. Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent. I hope this helped you. Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
