Hello doctor,
I have white big spots on my vagina and it is not normal, I do not take any medication these spots are itchy and it is also itchy from my outer vaginal part to the inner vaginal part. Kindly help.

Do not worry. It may be due to mixed infections of the vagina. Clean the vagina with vaginal wash regularly. I suggest you,
1. Put Clingen (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets inside, one per day for three days.
2. Capsule Itraconazole (Hypromellose, Polyethylene glycol) 200 mg, one per day for seven days.
3. Tablet Bilastin (Microcrystalline, Sodium starch glycolate type A, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Magnesium stearate), one per day for seven days.
4. Capsule Doxt sl (Doxycycline and Lactobacillus sporogenes), one twice a day on the first day of periods and one per day from the second day onwards for seven days.
Follow-up after seven days. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.
