Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male. Nearly nine years, I started to skip my food due to various reasons, such as college exams, cultural preparation, and others. Sometimes I have even skipped a whole day's meal. I have noticed a bloated stomach that resembles a water-filled balloon. Even though I am trying hard to have food on time, still there is no change in my abdomen. Please suggest me some medications, a healthy diet plan, and exercise to regain my physique and health.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern

Depending upon your description of your food habits and irregular eating timings you have landed yourself in trouble with your stomach. I strongly recommend you to regularize your timings and have a proper breakfast. You can have a sumptuous breakfast. Follow the age-old dictum of doing 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper'. You can have a tablet of Itopride hydrochloride 50 milligrams (prokinetic benzamide derivative) thrice a day for proper motions and to avoid bloating stomach. Keep a light exercise schedule or 45 minutes to a one-hour brisk walk in the evening if possible. Avoid too much spicy, oily, or fatty foods, and also avoid junk food and fried items. All these precautions will help you to come out of your problems.

Take care and eat healthily.

Thanks and regards.
