How to manage blood blisters?

Hello doctor,
I have had blood blisters for over a month. It kept bleeding and would not heal. It stayed the same size. Sometimes it is warm to touch. The doctor cauterized it but it is the same and not bleeding as much but still protruding out.

From your history and seeing the attachment photo (attachment removed to protect patient identity), it looks like an infected angioma. It is a cyst formed by superficial or deep blood vessels. There is no need to panic as this is a common and treatable condition.
These tend to recur if not properly cauterized or treated. Since it has been present for a long time and is symptomatic, you should take an excision biopsy of the lesion. In this procedure, the lesion is completely removed and sent for testing to rule out any malignancy potential. By the looks of it, there is nothing to worry about.
You can prevent a local infection by doing the following:

Apply an antibacterial topical like Fusidic acid (antibiotic) cream or Mupirocin cream (antibiotic) twice daily after a thorough cleaning.

If you feel so much pain and discomfort, you can have a short course of antibiotics Cefadroxil 500 mg (antibiotic) twice daily for two weeks.
Please note there are no ointments or other topicals that could regress the lesion completely, but you have a variety of cosmetic procedures to opt from. These include:

Laser therapy.

Photodynamic therapy.
-
Intense pulsed light therapy.
-
Liquid nitrogen therapy.
However, you can be sure of things by going for an excision biopsy.

Thank you for the reply.
That is good news but the problem is, I cannot go to a doctor. Is there a way I can get in writing what you think it is from the picture and that I need to go get it taken care of? I am going back to another country and I want to be taken care of before I go back there or before it gets more infected considering the area they are making me go to.

As I have already mentioned, in my previous message it would be advised you go for an excision of the lesion for a complete cure. And as far as buying medicines is concerned, you just have to show this, and it is accepted in most cases.
The diagnosis is infected angioma.
I advise you to do the following:

Use Fusidic acid (antibiotic) cream for local application twice daily.

Take a tablet of Cefadroxil (Cephalosporin antibiotic) 500 mg twice daily for five days.
After the infection subsides, consider an excision biopsy.
