Hello doctor,
I am a 41-year-old male. My blood and urine tests are normal. However, I am experiencing tender muscles all over the body. Both in legs, feet, and arms and wrist. I have tried various treatment to treat each one of the individual issues like physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, etc. However, I am concerned that there might be an overall systemic issue. This has been going on and off for the last 10 years. It is primarily a muscle tenderness and pain issue. I have sensitive spots all over the arms and legs. More recently I have joint pain as well (some in knee and thumb, however, this is only for the last year). However, the muscle tenderness has been around longer. I have moderate anxiety (OCD) and mild sadness or depression as well. I also have dust allergies. I had a consultation with a Rheumatologist here and we suspected that it might be fibromyalgia.

Well, most of the time inactive is the main reason for this pain and typically seen in desk job people sitting on computers. Let us talk about treatment.
