Why do I get pain in my left breast when I lay down on my left side or while stretching?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 30-year-old female. I felt pain under my left breast seven days ago, and when I examined it, the pain was on the bone under my breast. I do not think the pain is continuous, and it starts when I lay on bed left side or when I do things that require stretching. I also have hypothyroidism, and I am taking Eltroxin 50 mcg. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your concern in detail and will surely help you.

This type of pain which occurs only on stretching or laying on one side, is common with multivitamin deficiencies. So I will advise you on medications to increase vitamin levels in your body. Meanwhile, to decrease pain at the current moment, a mild analgesic drug will help. So please take the following medications.

1. Tablet Ezorb Forte (multivitamins and minerals) one tablet once a day for a month.

2. Capsule Vitamin D3 60K once a week for one or two months.

3. Tablet ME 12 (Methylcobalamine, Folic acid and Vitamin B6) once a day for a month.

4. Tablet Chymoral Forte (Trypsin-Chymotrypsin) twice daily for five days.

5. Tablet Lyser-AP (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase) twice daily for five days, then stop.

Please take this treatment, and you will be completely fine.

Hope this helps.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I have hypothyroidism and iron deficiency anemia, and I am taking medications for these conditions. My pain occurs while stretching or when I press the bone. So can I take these prescriptions?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can take these medications together, even with thyroid and iron supplements. No issues at all.

Regards.
