Patient's Query

Hello doctor

I am a 47-year-old woman, and I am a weak person by nature. I am getting tired, and my physician says that after menopause, many women will experience the same. She also suggested calcium supplements. Is it safe to use calcium supplements lifelong after menopause?

Answered by Dr. Rajesh Gulati

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You should take calcium supplements. Also, I suggest vitamin D, vitamin B12, and multivitamins. It is safe. Check your thyroid levels also.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
