I suffer from CLD. How can I boost my low Hb, platelets, sleep issues, and leg pain?

CLD (chronic liver disease) causes low hemoglobin and platelets. Hemoglobin can be increased to 9 to 10 gm/dl. Hemoglobin above this may raise portal pressure, increasing the risk of variceal bleeding in chronic liver disease. Low platelets in CLD are due to an enlarged spleen, usually not requiring replacement. Low albumin is again due to CLD. The liver is the main factory for albumin synthesis. For leg pain in CLD, I suggest taking B12 supplements and the tablet Baclofen 10 mg (pregelatinized starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and Sodium starch glycolate) daily to improve pain and restlessness. A liver transplant is the ultimate treatment for CLD.
