Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 20-year-old male. My query is about the circumcision of my penis. Even after masturbation for four years, my penis remains uncircumcised. Is that usual?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Circumcision is a surgery done for conditions like phimosis or as a religious ritual in some religions. Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the penile organ just to satisfy own sexual needs or urges. It is not related to circumcision. Masturbation never helps in this what you wanted to do.

It is normal if you cannot pull your foreskin completely back if there is no problem with urination. However, masturbation is a normal phenomenon.

If you have any problem with urination, then you go for circumcision surgery, otherwise no need.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
