Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old male. For the past two days, I have been getting normal pain in the left side of my heart. Previously, I had the same experience previously, but for two days, I have been continuously feeling pain while I am breathing. Please suggest a medicine.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your diagnosis is costochondritis, a localized infection of the intercostal muscle. I suggest the following medicines. Take Tablet Azithral (Azithromycin) 500 once a day for six days, Tablet Zerodol-P (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) twice a day for three days, Tablet Rantac 300 (Ranitidine) once a day in the morning and apply Volini gel locally. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and start taking the medicines with their consent. Do one chest X-ray PA (posterior-anterior) view and review.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
