Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I cannot decide on my career. I am tensed and crying. I have given cancellation of my PG course. For that, I passed out the bank loan, and everything is done. For the past few days, I think that I can do business well because I have got an experience of three years and I can get profit from it a lot. I was so happy when I told this to my parents. They told me to do a PG course. But I do not feel well here. I do not know what to do in PG course due to an overload of work, and I am scared of it. I think about dying. If I go to business, everyone will ask a question why you left your course? If I fail in business, what will I do? I am worried.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

First, you need to relax. Just calm down. Take deep breaths. Do not get panic. Ask yourself what you want to do. Do not think about what others will think. If you think about what others will think about you, then you are allowing them to do their work of thinking. People will point out even though you do good or bad. Also, people are not happy with god. So stop thinking about others. You need to be confident in yourself. It does not matter whatever you do either business or PG course. So stay relaxed. Write down what you can do. Go with your profession and concentrate on it. Face each consequence except what others will think. Be firm in your decision. Take help from your close one or parents. Talk to them. Do not be afraid. Take advice from seniors if you do further studies or even you want to drop it, talk with them. Do not panic. Suicide is not a solution. Fight with your situation. You will find some better solution. Do not lose hope. Be brave.
