Hello doctor,

I have been experiencing delays in periods, mood swings, low feelings, blackout, faints for the past few days. I have taken three pills of unwanted 72 in continuity.

Kindly help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your concern in detail and will surely help you out. The symptoms you are experiencing are due to the consumption of three pills. You should not consume three pills as one pill is effective for upto 72 hours. I am suggesting some medications that will make you feel much better.

1. Capsule Cyra-D (Rabeprazole) in the morning.

2. Tablet Nexito (Escitalopram) 10 mg at night.

Consume threee to four liters of water every day for the next three days. Start this treatment and you will feel much better within three days. Also, I would advise you to get thyroid function tests done as all your symptoms fit into hypothyroidism. You can discuss the report with your local physician or me, whatever suits you.

Hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
