How to improve my sex performance?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 43 years old. I do not have any sex problem other than premature ejaculation. Now, my penis looks so small in the flaccid state. By thinking this, I could not perform well. I am currently on Nano Leo, Lvate and Virilex. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. The most significant and common cause of sexual dysfunction is psychological in nature. Overthinking and excessive anxiety can be major pitfalls in such situations. To improve sexual health, it is essential to avoid alcohol and smoking, prioritize sufficient rest, and maintain proper hydration. Minimizing exposure to nudity from various sources and cultivating a healthy body image are crucial as pornography can have a detrimental impact on self-perception. In cases of erectile dysfunction, I recommend considering Sildenafil 100 mg tablet to be taken approximately half an hour before the anticipated sexual activity. However, it is imperative to consult with a doctor, have a thorough discussion about the condition, and obtain their consent before starting any medication.
