Patient's Query

Hello,

I am a 28-year-old male. I have had a history of erectile dysfunction since I started having sex seven years ago. I have tried to cure it psychologically but all of it has failed. I am not taking any medication. Can you please suggest what can I do to cure it?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Reason for erectile dysfunction (ED) are :- 1. Stress due to work or family-related, night duties. 2. Depression. 3. Varicocele. 4. Fear of failure - having one episode of erectile dysfunction once may make you feel you will end up with another episode of it. 5. Low self-esteem (chronic masturbation). 6. Homosexuality. 7. Religious constraints. 8. Smoking and alcohol. 9. Long term illness – Cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, any other disease with long term medication. 10. Negative attitude towards your partner. 11. Hormonal issue – thyroid issue, low testosterone. 12. Long term drug usage. 13. Diabetes and hypertension. You need to check doppler penis, USG (ultrasonography) pelvis and scrotum, Bbood pressure, RBS( random blood sugar), (T3, T4 ), Testosterone and TSH. Share more details regarding the above reasons, we can work on diagnosis and treatment You need to plan for regular exercise and proper diet.

List of exercises:- 1. Kegel. 2. Glute bridge 3. Reclined butterfly pose. 4. Lying leg raise. 5. Plank. 6. Push up. 7. Squat. 8. Hip flexor lunge. 9. Swimming. 10. Running or fast walk for five minutes. 11. Yoga. Consume foods like strawberry, apple, avocado, sweet potato, sesame seed, almond, garlic and some chocolate. For a temporary solution, I suggest you can take Tablet Mildfil 5 mg (Tadalafil 5 mg) twice a day.

Feel feel to reach out again.

Regards.
