Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Flatulence is a real big problem, especially if you are working and out and about often.

Excessive flatulence can indicate indigestion. I advise you to incorporate walking in your daily routine for 30 to 45 minutes. Also, avoid food items that are too spicy, oily or fatty.

I suggest taking tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg, one tablet before breakfast, on empty stomach for two weeks.

Also, take tablet Unienzyme one tablet daily before sleeping at night.

You can also try the herbal medicine Gasex syrup by Himalaya. It helps in digestion and relieves excessive flatulence naturally.

Revert back to a family physician online after two weeks.
