Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. I need some information about your vaginal discharge. Please mention whether it presents with curd white consistency and itching. Please mention whether you have any problems during urination. You can have a bacterial or fungal infection and it needs treatment. Please mention whether you have lower abdominal pain. I suggest you follow some measures for keeping the vaginal area clean and healthy. Always keep the vagina clean and dry. Do not use soaps and antiseptics for cleaning the area as it can be harsh to the vaginal skin. Clean the area with normal tap water. Always wear clean undergarments. Change it twice a day. Avoid having sweating and moisture in that area. Bad vaginal odor occurs most often due to infection.

Treatment plan

You can take tablet Fluconazole 150 mg one tablet once a week. Try to use condoms while having itnercourse. It has to be followed when you have curdy white discharge indicating a fungal infection.

Regarding follow up

Have a follow-up with the details. You might require using pessaries.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
