Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • Yes, you can take Glutathione treatment for skin whitening.
  • Regarding dose and duration, for normal skin tone, initially, two Glutathione capsules daily for 1.5 to 2 months. For brown skin tone two capsules daily for 2 to 3 months and dark brown skin two capsules daily for 6 to 12 months.
  • After that period, the dose can be reduced to one capsule daily for 3 to 4 months. I would suggest you start intake of these capsules after consultation with a dermatologist in person.
  • Along with these capsules, you need to drink at least 12 glasses of water per day and also use Dermocalm lotion (Calamine) and sunscreen lotion to aid the effect of these capsules.
