Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am writing to you as I am experiencing hair loss since the last month, and it is a great concern for me. I have noticed that my hair is falling out in large quantities, and my scalp is visible in some areas. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I understand that there are many causes of hair loss, including genetics, hormonal imbalances, and nutritional deficiencies. I would like to discuss my options with you and find a treatment plan that is tailored to my specific needs. Thank you for your time and expertise in this matter.

Hi,

We welcome you to the icliniq family.

I appreciate the confidence you place in me for your healthcare consultation. I have read your query, and understand your concern. I advise you to do the following.

1. Increase protein intake in your diet.

2. Eat healthy and nutritious food, as nutrition is key to healthy hair.

3. Avoid stress.

4. If you face dandruff issues, I suggest you wash your scalp with Scalpe shampoo twice weekly for four weeks. Avoid oil application as oil acts as food for dandruff.

5. Avoid the use of a hair dryer, rough handling, etc.

6. Tablet. Minoxidil (2,4-Diamino-6-piperidinopyrimidine 3-oxide) can be used after 18 years of age.

Thank you.
