Hello doctor,
I have been feeling discomfort on the back of my head for some time, which lasts from 1 to 6 seconds. It happens 3 or 4 times a day. But it is not exactly pain. It is not just in one place. My baby is 10 months old. It has been about four months. What is the reason for this? I have had medication for thyroid and hernia. Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern. In my opinion, we should rule out hypertension, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 deficiency, and anemia for your symptoms because these conditions can cause similar symptoms. I suggest you the following tests:
1) Blood pressure monitoring.
2) Blood report for vitamin D3 and B12 levels.
3) Blood report for CBC (complete blood counts).
Suppose all these are normal, then no need to worry about this. It might be due to stress, anxiety, or overthinking. I hope this helps.
Thank you.
